Terms of Service

Last updated · 2026-06-26

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Blink, an operations platform for ecommerce dropshippers operated by Spacedust LLC (“Spacedust”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or connecting a store, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Blink.

1 · Eligibility & accounts

Blink is intended for business operators aged 16 or older. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for safeguarding your login credentials, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

2 · The service

Blink lets you connect ecommerce stores and advertising accounts to sync products, orders, policies, and performance data into a single operations view. Features may change, expand, or be discontinued as the product evolves. We do not guarantee that any particular feature will remain available.

3 · Connected accounts & third parties

When you connect a third-party account — such as Shopify or Google Ads — you authorize Blink to access the data covered by the OAuth scopes you grant, solely to provide the features you use. Your use of those third-party services remains subject to their own terms and policies, including the Google API Services User Data Policy. You can disconnect any connected account at any time from your dashboard.

Blink’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.

4 · Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use Blink for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any third-party terms, including those of connected platforms.
  • Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that do not belong to you.
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or interfere with the service or its infrastructure.
  • Resell or sublicense access to Blink without our written permission.

5 · Your data

You retain ownership of the data you bring into Blink or that we sync on your behalf from connected accounts. You grant us a limited license to process that data only as needed to operate the service. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

6 · Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable advance notice; changes take effect at your next billing cycle.

7 · Termination

You may stop using Blink and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or use the service in a way that harms others. On termination, your right to use Blink ends and we may delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

8 · Disclaimers

Blink is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that synced data will always be accurate or complete. Blink is an operations tool and does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice.

9 · Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Spacedust will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of Blink. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10 · Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the product and our legal obligations evolve. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-product notice, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
