Privacy Policy

Spacedust LLC (“Spacedust”, “we”, “us”) operates Blink, an operations platform for ecommerce dropshippers. This policy explains what information we collect when you use Blink, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

By creating an account or connecting a store, you agree to the practices described below.

1 · Information we collect

Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your name, email address, profile image, and authentication identifiers. We receive these from Clerk so we can identify you inside Blink.

Connected store data. When you connect a Shopify store, we receive your store domain and, via OAuth, the product, order, and policy data needed to sync that store into Blink. We only request the OAuth scopes required for the features you use.

Usage data. We log basic request metadata and error telemetry (e.g. timestamps, route, status codes) to keep the service healthy and debug issues.

2 · How we use information

  • To provide, operate, and maintain Blink.
  • To sync products, orders, and policies from connected stores.
  • To secure your account and prevent abuse.
  • To communicate with you about service updates, security notices, and operational changes.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

3 · Third-party services

Blink relies on a small set of vendors to operate. Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function:

  • Clerk — authentication and session management.
  • Shopify — store integration via OAuth for the stores you choose to connect.
  • Neon — managed PostgreSQL hosting for your account and store data.

4 · Cookies

We use first-party cookies set by Clerk to keep you signed in and to maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

5 · Data retention

We retain your account and store data for as long as your account is active. When you close your account, we delete your personal data within a reasonable operational window, allowing for a brief period in encrypted backups before they roll over.

6 · Your choices

  • Access & correction. You can review and update most account details from your dashboard. For anything you can’t edit yourself, email us.
  • Deletion. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by emailing the address below.
  • Disconnecting a store. You can disconnect any connected Shopify store from your dashboard at any time. Once disconnected, we stop syncing new data from that store.

7 · Security

We protect data in transit with HTTPS and rely on our database provider for encryption at rest. OAuth tokens are scoped to the minimum required permissions and stored encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to follow industry-standard practices.

8 · Children’s privacy

Blink is intended for business operators and is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be communicated by email or via an in-product notice, and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
